Each roast is slow-cooked to perfection, served with golden duck fat potatoes, buttery seasonal vegetables, and rich rotisserie gravy, all accompanied by a proper Yorkshire pudding. For an extra touch of indulgence, enjoy bottomless Trentangeli, Tenuta Bocca di Lupo, Castel del Monte, Itali ’20, served from a Magnum red wine as you take in breathtaking views of London’s skyline.
