This year, we’re bringing the spirit of Lyon to London on Thursday 19th November with a specially curated five-course menu celebrating the best of Lyonnaise cuisine.
For £69 per person, enjoy traditional dishes from Jambon persillé, pairing ham hock and parsley with Beaujolais white wine aspic and sauce gribiche, to Coq au vin and Cervelle de canut with winter truffle and Rungis market garlic.
Each course will be expertly paired by our sommeliers with exceptional wines from the region, bringing together the flavours and traditions that make Lyon a culinary destination.
