Renowned for bringing authentic regional Chinese cuisine to the heart of Chinatown, founder Geoff Leong has showcased his culinary heritage for HRH King Charles and served his signature dishes at No.10 Downing Street.

This limited-edition menu features classic Hong Kong dim sum and traditional specialties, from Har Gau Prawn and Spicy Peking Duck Dumplings to Cantonese favourites such as Sweet and Sour Chicken, perfectly paired with a curated selection of drinks including Bubble Tea and Lucky Lychee cocktail.
