Featuring a Champagne trolley, Oyster Hour every Monday – Wednesday and of course our renowned Birdsong Brunch which has just got a Champagne top up! 

Experience a taste of the Cuvée Royale Collection by Joseph Perrier with our bespoke menu offering eight varieties of the collection to try, as well as a Champagne cocktail. Heading up after work? Why not join us for the ultimate rooftop aperitif at our Oyster Hour, where you can enjoy two complimentary oysters when purchasing a glass of Cuvée Royale Brut NV and soak up the golden hour (Monday-Wednesday 5pm-6pm, subject to availability).   

Our well-loved weekend brunch also transforms into the Champagne Birdsong Brunch for the summer. Featuring elevated brunch classics such as an eggs benedict cruffin and a seafood sharer, featuring Tuna Tartare and fresh Jersey Rock Oysters, perfectly complemented by Joseph Perrier’s premium pours. With a vibrant atmosphere and live DJ’s bringing the vibes every weekend, our rooftop is the place to brunch this summer.
