We focus on using the finest, seasonal British ingredients highlighting game, foraging and wild food. Provenance and sustainability are at the heart of our offering, and we work with some of Britain’s best suppliers to bring you a daily changing menu.

THE SUNDAY ROAST BEEF WAS MELT IN THE MOUTH, AND VEGGIES COOKED JUST ENOUGH TO RETAIN FLAVOUR AND A BIT OF A BITE.
